Shipping & Return Policy

At Happyhaves, we are makers of happiness. That means we strive to provide customers with excellent products and equally high-quality customer service.

Let's dive into some questions that you might have before or after ordering at Happyhaves!

Shipping Policy

We would like to make as many people as possible happy, so unless otherwise noted on the product page, we ship worldwide to the majority of countries. We do our best to fulfill our orders within 24-48 hours of being placed. Our warehouses are located in California and The Netherlands. Shipping costs are free above $50 to most countries.

Delivery Times

Average delivery times are 5-10 business days from the day your order is confirmed. International shipping may take 8-14 business days. If you've waited 2-3 weeks and still have not received your order from us, please contact us at support@happyhaves.com, and we will look into it as soon as possible. No worries, we will help you sort out any issues.

Multiple Shipments

In order to bring you some of the lowest prices available for the best quality, we work directly with many artisans around the world. This means, occasionally, if you order multiple products from us, they may come in separate packages at different times within the delivery period.

Oil Products

Because we only want to deliver the best quality of our products and to keep everything at its best for you, oils that are going to be shipped outside the US will be shipped separately from the main order. Due to strict restrictions when shipping liquid products internationally, they cannot use the same shipping method as the non-oil based products. This means they tend to show up a little later. All oil products will be packed securely as all other products.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us within 24 hours, so we can refund you immediately.

Please note that a $2 fee applies to cover transaction costs.

If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item if they are not for sale for a refund once it has arrived. See our Return policy.

Missing Packages

Fortunately, at this moment we have only experienced two instances from the thousands of orders where a package was missing. If a tracking number shows the item(s) were successfully delivered to the address the customer provided, and you have not received anything, please contact us. We also recommend customers contact their local courier to inquire where it was delivered or try to reschedule another delivery attempt.

No replacements or refunds will be issued on items that show as successfully delivered. Please understand that HappyHaves is not liable for incorrect address information provided by customers or missed delivery attempts by couriers. So please fill in the correct information when you check out.

If you believe your package may have been stolen, you may file a claim with your local courier. If you need help with a lost package we will do our best to help you.

No Shipping Information Available At Checkout

Occasionally, you may receive this error when checking out. While we try to avoid shipping costs for you (when you spend over a certain amount), it is possible that you have added too many items to your cart, and this is why you are receiving this error.

Please remove the selected items, place them back in your cart, and try again. If there is anything we can do to help you with checking out, just contact us, and we will do everything to make you happy again.

Extra tax costs may apply

Please notice that extra costs of several percent (mostly between 2-5%) may apply when a package arrives due to local taxes. Only a small percentage of our customers have experienced this in the past, but just to be sure we would like to notify you about this in our policy.

Return Policy

Return your item(s)?

We accept returns for up to 30 days. Please notice that our warehouse for returns is located in California or in The Netherlands (Europe). Send us a message to support@happyhaves.com if you'd like to set up a return with us, and we will send you the return form. Make sure you include your name/email used in the order or the order number, so we can verify. If there was a mistake made on our end (wrong color, wrong model, etc.) or the product is malfunctioning, we will correct this at no extra cost to you.

Defective or damage item

If there is an issue with the item(s) you received, please report it within 14 days of delivery. We can provide a replacement only for damaged or defective items.

Lost order 

For orders lost in transit due to customer error, we provide replacement with minimum fee. Otherwise, we'll send replacement at no cost. 

Shipping

To keep our prices for our products as low as possible, we unfortunately can't pay for your return shipment (we already made our shipping costs free when you order our products). For returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For International orders, Happyhaves is not responsible for any duties or fees that may occur. Please keep this in mind if you return your product.

Shipping Insurance
  • Without Shipping Insurance
If shipping insurance is not added at checkout, we cannot take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend contacting your local carrier office for assistance or checking with neighbors in such cases.
  • With Shipping Insurance ($4.95)
For customers who purchase shipping insurance, you are fully covered in the event of lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date to file a claim.

  • Failed Delivery Attempt

If your package is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts (e.g., the recipient was unavailable or the delivery address was incorrect), the following applies:

  • Reshipping the Order
    • Without Shipping Insurance: Customers can request reshipment, but additional shipping fees will apply. A maximum refund of 30% of the order value may be issued if reshipping is declined. Original shipping and insurance fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
    • With Shipping Insurance: Customers are entitled to one free reshipment of their order.    
Customer Responsibility
To ensure smooth delivery, we encourage the following:
  • Double-check your shipping address for accuracy during checkout.
  • If you expect to be unavailable at the time of delivery, consider using a secure delivery location, locker, or redirecting your package to a local carrier facility for pickup.
  • Many carriers offer the option to schedule or redirect deliveries—please take advantage of these services if needed.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items or broken items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We cannot accept returns on opened/used oil packages or items which are broken or used.

If you received a damage or broken item, you have  days to report it to us for replacement

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you've received the refund notification from us, please be aware that non-PayPal orders may take 5 business days before your bank processes the refund on your end.

If after that time, you still have not seen the refund, please e-mail us at support@happyhaves.com, and we can double-check on our end for you.

Cancellations/Changes To Order

If you would like to cancel/make a change to your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel/change has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled or changed. However, you can return the item for a refund once it has arrived.

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed.

Please note that a $2 Cancellation processing fee applies to cover transaction costs.

Notice for the Happyhaves moon: With time, discoloration or physical changes to the moon can occur, depending on several factors like, for example (but not excluded to) usage frequency, essential oil quality, water density, etc. Therefore, these physical changes not affecting its diffuser or light function are not covered by our return/warranty policy.

Also, please note: We cannot add additional products to your order as our system does not allow us to charge your payment method by ourselves. You will need to make an additional order to do this. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we will try our best to make you happy. For further questions, please contact us.
