Your order includes everything you need to create a calming, celestial atmosphere:

• A beautifully crafted wooden base with integrated LED lights for display

How does it work?
It's very easy:
1.Unbox your HappyHaves Calming Stellar Sphere and place the wooden base where you want it.
2.Insert the USB cable into a charger, and the light will turn on automatically—no switch needed.
3.Enjoy the soothing glow of your chosen orb!
Caution:
Do not leave the cosmic lights in direct sunlight unattended. Direct sunlight
may cause the glass sphere to focus light and could generate fire. Store in a shaded area when not in use.
Is it battery powered?
No, the HappyHaves Spheres are USB-powered and must be connected to a power source to function. The USB cable is permanently connected to the wooden base.
Does the sphere get hot?
No, the energy-efficient LED lights emit minimal heat, so the sphere stays cool even after hours of use.
How long will the LED lights last?
The LED lights are designed to last for thousands of hours, ensuring long-term enjoyment without the need for replacement bulbs.
Is there a warranty for the HappyHaves Calming Stellar Spheres?
Yes, the Stellar Spheres come with a 1-year warranty on mechanical parts, including the LED lights.
Can I order additional accessories like chargers or extension cables?
Yes, you can add chargers and 3m extension cables to your order during checkout for extra convenience.
Shipping
When can I expect my package?
Our average international shipping times are 6-12 business days from the day your order is confirmed. Please note: due to high demand, our carrier is experiencing delays,
and our shipping time may be extended. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours; after that period, your order cannot be changed. If your order was placed less than 24 hours ago, contact us immediately to make changes to your order. If you have not reached us in time, your order has already been sent to our automated production center, and we will not be able to change the shipping address.
We recommend waiting until your order is shipped and contacting the shipping company, as they might be able to assist you with updating your address.

How can I track my order?
You can easily track your order by following these steps:
- Go to our tracking page: Click on this link to access the order tracking page.
- Enter your email address: Make sure to use the same email address that was used to place the order.
- Enter your order number: Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email sent by HappyHaves. For example, your order number might look like "12345".
- Check your spam folder: If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Once you've entered your email and order number, you will be able to track the status of your order in real time.
Why did I receive only one of my items?
If you purchased two or more different items, they may be dispatched at different times due to stock availability. In order to bring you some of the best prices available for the highest quality, we work directly with many artisans around the world. This means, occasionally, if you order multiple products from us, they may come in separate packages at different times within the delivery period. Don't worry, your other item will arrive shortly. Essential Oil Products
Because we only want to deliver the best quality of our products and to keep everything in top condition for you, oils shipped outside the US will be sent separately from the main order. Most of our essential oils come from Provence, France. Due to strict restrictions when shipping liquid products internationally, they cannot use the same shipping method as non-oil-based products. This means they tend to arrive a little later. All oil products will be packed securely, just like all other products.
Returns, Refund & Replacements
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for up to 30 days. Please note that our warehouses for returns are located in California or in The Netherlands. Send us a message at support@happyhaves.com if you'd like to set up a return with us, and we will send you the return form. Make sure you include your name/email used in the order or the order number so we can assist you. If there was a mistake made on our end (wrong color, wrong model, etc.) or the product is malfunctioning, we will correct this at no extra cost to you. Please include a video of the product if you have a defective item, as in most cases we can fix it with a few instructions. This will save you a lot of time and energy. Sale items or broken items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We cannot accept returns on opened/used oil packages or items that are broken or used. If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly, and we'll do everything we can to make you happy.
Refund & Replacements
In case your product is not working correctly, please send our support team a short video of the issue. Most of the time we give direct feedback based on the video, and we're able to fix most of the issues within 24-48 hours. We'll do everything we can to help you as quickly as possible and ensure you're 100% satisfied with your order.
If you've received a refund notification from us, please be aware that non-PayPal orders may take up to 3 business days or your bank to process the refund. If after that time you still have not seen the refund, please email us at support@happyhaves.com, and we will double-check on our end for you.
